Casa de Luz (Light House), partnered with ISLAND IMPACT, is
a young charity organization in its 6th year of providing MEDICAL AND SURGICAL EYE CARE to indigent patients on the North
Shore of the Dominican Republic. We are a group of medical and non-medical personnel from the Washington, DC area and rely
entirely on donations to fund our work.
Many of our medical professionals, anaesthesiologists, nurses and surgeons
are based at CHILDREN'S NATIONAL MEDICAL CENTER in Washington, DC. Our 2011 mission trip dates are May 7-15, 2011.
